"I had been desperately trying to seek out the best postage pricing options for this client both out-bound and in-coming and had spoken with several PQWs and the USPS. Not to mention several Canadian Mailing Houses. I was frustrated beyond belief because everything I was being told seemingly contradicted what I'd been told just prior.
