Brokers Worldwide’s Lettershop offers modern warehousing operations, allowing customers to conveniently store their inventory within our facility. Our automated Lettershop Fulfillment Program (“LSFF”) allows us to take our customers’ electronic information and create manifests, pick and pack logs, and reports which allow Brokers Worldwide to accurately fulfill each batch and request. Inventory is picked and packed based on the manifest, and is constantly updated so that customers can view updated inventory levels on a daily basis. Through the Client PassPort section of our website, customers can access their inventory online at any time using their designated User Name and Password. Brokers Worldwide’s Lettershop also offers customized fulfillment programs to meet our customers’ unique needs and requirements.
Customers warehousing inventory with Brokers Worldwide will benefit from a variety of inventory system controls. Customers will receive an e-mail confirmation when their product is being placed in inventory as well as when a job is completed. There is also an inventory alert when a product reaches restocking point. And of course, at any time, a customer can view their inventory online.
