Flat Mail

Brokers Worldwide’s Domestic Flat Mail service is designed to provide postage discounts to companies that process flats, mail that is larger than a letter but smaller than a one-pound package.  Once your mail has been processed, we transport it deep within the postal system’s delivery network, close to the destination address, allowing the USPS to quickly make the final delivery.  Transit times generally average USPS First Class transit plus one day.  Some examples of flat mail include: advertisements, booklets, brochures, catalogs, information kits, guidebooks, membership materials, pricing sheets, questionnaires, reports, schedules and welcome packets.

Bound Printed Matter

Brokers Worldwide’s Bound Printed Matter (“BPM”) service is designed to provide postage discounts to companies that process BPM.  Once your mail has been processed, we transport it deep within the postal system’s delivery network, close to the destination address, allowing the USPS to quickly make the final delivery.  Transit times generally average USPS First Class transit plus one day.  BPM is mail that is generic in content, bound by staples, spiral, glue or stitching, wrapped, unwrapped, sleeved or enveloped.  Examples include annual reports, booklets, catalogs, computer printouts, directories, handbooks, information kits, technical guides and telephone directories. 

Media Mail

Items qualifying for Media Mail service must weigh between one and 70 pounds and may be no larger than 108 inches, length and girth combined.  Some examples of Media Mail include books, film, printed music, videos, DVDs, CDs, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages / binders (medical info) and computer-readable media.

Parcels

Brokers Worldwide offers consolidation services of light weight parcel shipments to shippers of domestic parcels for delivery by the United States Postal Service. We create savings for our customers through package consolidation and by transporting the parcels close to their delivery point, reducing USPS handling and transportation costs.  Tracking services are available.  Transit times for domestic parcels average from 2 to 7 days, with Saturday delivery at no extra charge.

In addition to regular parcels, Brokers Worldwide also ships under 1 pound parcels, which include small packages under one pound in weight that are not technically considered parcels, but can be processed by parcel sorters.  Some examples of under 1 pound parcels include CDs, diplomas, direct mail promotions, diskettes, posters and product samples.
